EASTSIDE opens our doors for meetings and events for groups and organizations in our community. Please read the following information below BEFORE filling out this form to request our facility.

USING THE CHURCH FACILITIES

Filling out the form below offers our community the use of the church facilities when needed and  allows us to make sure the facilities are clean and beautiful for Sunday.

- All facilities will be closed when the church office is closed (holidays, inclement weather, etc.).
- All birthday parties and similar events will be scheduled in the Family Life Center. The Children’s and Youth Building will not be available.
- Any missing or broken equipment must be replaced so our church ministries can continue without difficulty or interruption.
- No use of tobacco  or alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the building, parking lot, or any of ESBC premises before, during, or after use.
- No food concessions or food/beverage sales may be performed by the User/Applicant.
- Non-members only: The kitchen WILL NOT be available for cooking at your event. You will need to hire a caterer for your event.

There is a $100 non-refundable building/cleaning fee for facility usage (fee subject to change based on situation).
There is a $10 key fob fee that will be refunded when the fob is returned.

FEE AGREEMENT. USER AGREES TO PAY FOR THE USE OF THE PREMISES WHICH INCLUDES CUSTODIAL & FOB FEE.

NON-FEE AGREEMENT. IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF USING ESBC FACILITIES, USER AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE DESCRIBED IN THIS AGREEMENT. FIELD RENTAL, BBQ RENTAL & WEDDING RENTAL HAVE SEPARATE AGREEMENT POLICIES & FEES (PLEASE ASK BUILDING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENT FORM).

ORGANIZATIONAL USERS. USER PROMISES AND WARRANTS THAT IT CARRIES LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH A MINIMUM LIABILITY OCCURRENCE LIMIT OF $1,000,000. THE USER WILL PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE TO ESBC AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE UPON WHICH THE USER BEGINS TO USE THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PREMISES. THE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WILL INDICATE THAT USER HAS MADE ESBC AN “ADDITIONAL INSURED” ON USER’S POLICY WITH RESPECT TO THE USE BY USER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PREMISES.

USER AGREES THAT IT WILL NOT USE THE PREMISES FOR ANY UNLAWFUL PURPOSES, AND WILL NOT USE THE PREMISES FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS CONTRARY TO THE MISSION, PURPOSE OR BELIEF OF ESBC, WHICH IS A BIBLICALLY-BASED RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION. USER AGREES TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING FOR USE AND RETURNING TO THE PRE-USE CONDITION ALL AREAS OF THE PREMISES WHICH USER WILL USE, INCLUDING ENTRANCES AND EXITS.

USER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND ESBC (INCLUDING ESBC’S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND REPRESENTATIVES) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE WHICH MAY RESULT FROM ANY PERSON USING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PREMISES, ITS ENTRANCES AND EXITS, AND SURROUNDING AREAS, FOR USER’S PURPOSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTS FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ESBC OR OTHERWISE. EAST SIDE BAPTIST CHURCH FOLLOWS THE LIVING, HOLY AND GOD INSPIRED BIBLE AS GOD’S INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT USE OF THEIR FACILITIES AS DETERMINED BY EAST SIDE BAPTIST CHURCH.
